As part of the upcoming fourth Principles of Sustainable Insurance (PSI) Africa Market Event, hosted by ICEA Lion and the UN Environment on 22 April, insurers have a unique opportunity to share their views of the development of the PSI in Africa and of the evolving ESG agenda.
The organisers have asked readers of Africa Ahead: the Sustainability Challenge to take part in a survey to help the UN PSI team and African insurers work together to develop sustainable and resilient African insurance markets. They will be gathering views from the insurance industry and its stakeholders on how sustainable finance can increase resilience for long-term economic sustainability in Africa.
The survey is anonymous and should take about ten minutes to complete. Please share this survey with relevant colleagues. They aim to gather as broad a response as possible.
The survey, which will end on 24 April, will be coupled with interviews of experts and leaders to gather feedback on the status of sustainable finance within the insurance industry in the African region and the final research will be made public.
