Claims payment is critical to the insurance value chain as it makes insurance tangible. In 2021, Gross Claims paid increased by 27.01% from UShs 444.69billion in 2020 to UShs 564.79billion in 2021. IRA remains committed to ensuring that all legitimate claims are paid on time.
