In this episode, we meet Olutobi Osanaiye, known as “Tobi”, from Nigeria. He is the President of the Young Insurance Professionals (YIP), a youth group to empower the young in the insurance industry. Tobi shares his journey on how he studied in the UK and after his graduation decided to return to his hometown to work there and broaden his horizons. He also talks about the YIP and its goals and how he wishes for experienced people to pass on their knowledge to the young in the form of training.
