Our guest in this episode is Tumelo Kepa, the Head of Operations of LNIG Hollard. Tumelo’s career spans over 30 years in the insurance industry with wide experience ranging from underwriting, claims and operations management. Tumelo has played an extraordinary role in contributing to the development of the Lesotho Insurance industry through public education programmes as well as mentorship of youths. In this interview, he also explains how the industry has changed from the time he joined the industry to the present digital age.
